At Stephenson Executive Search an assignment is conducted in five stages.
1.
Client Needs
The first step is to understand our clients’ needs. Detailed discussions with the client lead to a thorough understanding of the business, a clear written brief for the assignment and agreement on the job specification.
2.
Research
Through extensive research of the market sector, corporate competitors and related firms we develop a comprehensive analysis of possible candidates.
3.
Screening
We meet and interview each candidate before submitting them in a short list supported by Confidential Reports with our analysis and appraisal (we do not recycle CVs).
4.
Interviews
We will coordinate all our clients’ interviews of the candidates on the short list.
5.
Negotiation
Negotiations with the successful candidate, leading to appointment.
